Youth Program Coordinator (Phoenix AZ)

Phoenix Day is a local non-profit organization offering early childhood education, youth development, and supportive family services including assistance in accessing affordable health care community based resources.



Phoenix Day is seeking a qualified person to oversee our Central Park Youth Program providing services to youth between the ages of 6 and 18, support its further development and work in collaboration with the management team to achieve program goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Central Park Neighborhood Center Manager and will supervise direct services positions. Hours will be 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Hours may vary according to the programs offered. Occasional Saturdays may be required. This is a .75 FTE position with benefits. The hourly compensation is $11.50/hour.



Qualifications: A BA degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field is required.

Prior experience working in programs for at-risk youth is preferred

Bilingual preferred

Must possess or be able to acquire a fingerprint clearance card.
